Dallas authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a 66-year-old man with a diagnosed cognitive impairment who has been missing since late Thursday night, prompting an urgent public appeal for help locating him.
The Dallas Police Department identified the missing man as Alexander Ngoke, a Black male last seen at approximately 11:50 p.m. on October 10 in the area of the 5000 block of Pineland Drive in Dallas.
Authorities have stated that Ngoke’s disappearance presents a credible threat to his health and safety given his medical condition. His cognitive impairment makes the situation especially urgent as time passes.
Ngoke was last spotted wearing a cream-colored long-sleeve shirt and gray shorts and was not wearing any shoes at the time of his disappearance. His lack of footwear in combination with his medical condition raises significant concern for his wellbeing.
