Dallas County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the scene around 5 a.m. after reports of a major accident in the northbound lanes of IH-35E. The crash involved a pedestrian who was hit by an oncoming vehicle under circumstances that have not yet been fully disclosed by authorities.
