A man is dead following a shooting in east Dallas early Thursday morning, and police are now searching for the two individuals responsible for his death.
Officers from the Dallas Police Department were dispatched to the 100 block of North Jim Miller Road at around 3:20 a.m. after reports of a shooting in the area.
When authorities arrived, they discovered a man who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency responders transported the victim to a nearby hospital in critical condition, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Preliminary findings indicate that two unknown suspects opened fire on the victim before fleeing the scene. As of this report, police have not released any descriptions or identifying details about the individuals being sought in connection with the killing.
Detectives are actively working to piece together the circumstances surrounding the fatal attack. The investigation remains open and ongoing as authorities work to identify and locate those responsible.
