The body was found on July 6 in the 2000 block of East Lancaster Avenue in the West Meadowbrook neighborhood not far from Sycamore Creek. The condition of the remains made a standard identification impossible leaving detectives with few leads.

Among the most notable markings is the name Stella written on the man’s right forearm. The letter K appears on his left bicep and additional tattoos are visible across his chest. Authorities believe these personal markings could be the key to finally giving this man a name.
