Three individuals serving as firefighters in North Texas have been formally charged following an investigation into the sexual abuse of a minor. The legal documents reveal that the victim was a participant in a youth program at the Howe Fire Department when the alleged events took place, with some incidents reportedly dating back as far as 2022.

The defendants, identified as David Yosimar Perez Glass, Dalton Joe McCaslin, and Joshua Todd Ryals, face various counts of child sexual assault and indecency. Following their arrests in late March, all three men were processed through the Grayson County jail. The departments they were associated with in Allen, Melissa, and Irving have since confirmed that the men have either resigned or been placed on administrative leave while the Texas Rangers continue their inquiry into the matter.
